At RITE.®, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion pieces aren't the perfect fit, we offer a seamless 30-day return policy for all unworn items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original RITE.® box or similar protective packaging, ensuring all original tags and labels remain attached.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package over to the designated courier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
